I'm not an expert. I'm a father, a husband, a friend, and a lifelong student trying to become a slightly better version of each — on purpose, out loud, and with more questions than answers.

SBKE is where I keep the record. What I'm reading. What I'm practicing. The conversations I want to remember. The experiments that failed. What sports, psychology, parenting, and ordinary Tuesdays have quietly taught me. I'm building it first for my own family — the people I most want to understand, and be understood by.
